What is this Perumlayam

The most fragrant spice in the world is called Asafoetida in English. Asafoetida is recognized worldwide as the best spice. The word is made up of the Persian word (asafoe tide) (glue) and the Latin word ASA pitida (smell). This scented glue is called Hingu in Sanskrit. In Turkish, these are called devils. Countries such as Germany, Switzerland, France, Rome, Persia, and Turkey call Perumkayam by the name of Devil's Dung. So (Seytan Ters) here means 'devil's shit'. We call this devil's shit Perumkayam.

The history of the Perumkayam dates back to 600 BC. Glue from a species of tree called Silphium in the Cyrenial region of eastern Libya is the origin of the drug we use called Perumkayam. It has become a medicine as well as a special spice. It smelled very strong, but not to anyone else. After the extinction of the Sylpium tree in Libya, no prey was found for some time. Later, Persian merchants discovered these and began distributing them to Rome, Baghdad, India, Afghanistan, Iran, and Europe. It was used as a special spice because of its wonderful taste. Perumkayam was identified as an antiseptic only after some time. According to Saudi Aramco World 2009 magazine, ancient culinary books have been used in Egypt, Greece and Rome. Potatoes and lentils are still used in India. Chutneys, etc., do not go unnoticed. Worcestershire, a world-famous sauce made in England, is made using Perumkayam and Siyambala. BC It is said that in the year 800 CE, a large number of Sylpian trees were planted in the flower garden of King Marlouc Dokajla Idda II, King of Babylonia.

Perumkayam was made from Ferula Asfaoe tree after the extinction of the Sil Siam tree in Libya. This tree does not grow well in any country. These plants are found in eastern Iran to western Afghanistan and in some parts of Kashmir. Four years later, the tree matures in the spring. Gum and resin can then be obtained from the tree. The eyelids are made of a mixture of glue and glue. When the root of this tree is dug a large hole, the roots appear like a carrot. Once a hole is made in it, milk-like juices begin to come out of it. After about three months, about a kilo is added. When these are mixed with air, they turn brown and thicken. India has the highest prevalence in the world. In Sanskrit, it is called Hun and in India it is called Hing.

`           Afghanistan is the world's largest market for aspirin. The city of Herat, near the northeastern border, is completely devoted to this. It is said that 2,000 kilos of Perunkayam are handed over to the Indian Embassy every year. It is also used as a medicine in that country. Iran and Afghanistan produce between 500 and 600 tons of Perumkayam. These are made in Delhi, India by mixing flour with gram arabic powder. The pungent odor of these perfumes is very low. In Europe and North America, they (Bandhari Hani) are marketed under the name Bandharihani.

Increased use of preservatives can lead to a number of side effects. Swelling of the lips. Frequent flatulence, diarrhea, migraine, headache. Drinking about one quart of warm water daily with hot water kills flora, which causes indigestion and toxins in the stomach. It also burns calories and helps you lose weight. According to Ayurveda, taking the prescribed dose on the advice of a doctor can cure stomach ailments as well as gallstones, kidney stones and esophageal diseases. According to homeopathic remedies, Perumkaan produces a liquid called Asafazdilition. This fluid is prone to muscle cramps and stomach ailments. According to Unani medicine, it is one of the main medicines used to prevent diseases in Greece and Arab countries. Coincidentally found in Turkey, the plant is now widely grown in Babylonia, Iraq, Persia, Egypt, Iran, and India.
