is it harmful to the body to eat more eggs?

You may have been afraid to eat more eggs before.  But a 30-year study shows that this is not the case.  The role of eggs in heart disease has long been hotly debated due to their cholesterol content.  But scientists say their original view has changed.  For 32 years, a U.S.  team led by a researcher at Harvard fed 215,618 normal healthy males and females 1 to 5 eggs a week and scientifically tested their post-meal progress.  Accordingly, they did not find an association between egg consumption and cardiovascular disease.  Researchers say that eating one egg every day has nothing to do with the increased risk of heart disease.  Findings published in the British Journal of Medicine that people who eat more than one egg a day are at higher ow risk.  The results of our contemporary study and updated meta- analysis show that moderate egg consumption (up to one egg per day) as a whole is not associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease.

The U.S.  study included 83,349 female nurses between the ages of 30 and 55, 90,214 female nurses between the ages of 25 and 44, and 42,055 male health professionals between the ages of 40 and 75. All were free of type 2 diabetes and cancer at the beginning of  the study.  Shortly afterwards, when scientists tested with their peers, 14,806 cases of CVD were reported, including 9,010 in coronary heart disease and 5,903 in stroke.  Most people ate between 1 and 5 eggs a week, and those with more eggs had a BMI.  The higher the dose, the less likely it is to be treated with statins.  They also ate more cholesterol- lowering drugs and red meat.

But after adjusting according to age, lifestyle and dietary factors, it was found that there was no association between egg consumption and CVD risk.  Researchers found that participants had a higher risk of CVD by giving processed red meat 15 percent processed meat 10 percent or whole fat milk 11 percent instead of one egg per day.  Heart attacks are the most common cause of coronary heart disease, which can be caused by smoking, high blood pressure and diabetes.  Individuals' heart attack is different from another heart attack when it suddenly stops pumping blood around the body.  Foods such as fish, poultry, legumes, cheese, and nuts instead of eggs were not associated with CVD risk.  Experts advise that eggs are an affordable source of high quality protein, iron and unsaturated fatty acids.

Commenting on the findings, Dr.  Carrie Ruxton said: "Public bodies in the UK and elsewhere have from time to time confirmed that eating eggs does not lower blood cholesterol levels and cardiovascular risk. The debate over eggs and cholesterol has been going on for years." This study is a useful.  In addition to our knowledge, as it proves that eating seven eggs a week is not linked to heart disease or stroke.  Evidence has also been provided by intervention tests that show no effect of egg consumption on blood cholesterol levels.  Eggs, which provide one of the few dietary sources of vitamin D, are said to be able to calm people's minds because they are rich in protein and nutrients.

Dr.  Dominic Alexander, lead researcher at EpidStat in the United States, said more research is needed to understand the link between egg consumption and stroke risk.  But he went on to say.  Eggs have many positive nutritional properties, including antioxidants.  They have been shown to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation.

Eggs are a very nutritious food but care must be taken in preparing it in an edible way. This is because eggs that are slightly or raw can sometimes contain the fungus Salmonella. This risk can be minimized by following the following precautions when using eggs. But if young children, pregnant mothers, the elderly or the immune system is not very strong, that is, easily infected, it is better to avoid eating foods that contain raw or lightly cooked eggs. Care should be taken to ensure that the eggs are not damaged during storage. Often you get a cardboard package when you buy eggs. It is better to store it outside. If eggs are obtained from home-raised hens, they should be collected daily and wiped clean with a dry cloth.

We are all afraid of cholesterol and eating eggs will increase our body weight. However, there are a number of reasons why eggs are really beneficial to our health. Think of weightlifters! They eat raw eggs. Of course, you do not want to consume raw eggs (if for some reason you feel that way) but eating eggs is definitely something to really check out. In addition, a lot of people think that eggs are low in calories. Instead, they eat a lot of other protein-rich foods. Large eggs have only 71 calories and contain no carbohydrates or sugars, about 5 grams of fat. (Your daily recommended amount is 7%)
